Droids On Roids is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle and attract talent that aligns with our company values. You will join a dynamic team focused on building our 80+ person organization through effective sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.
What You'll Do
- Run full-cycle recruitment processes end-to-end in collaboration with the recruitment team.
- Collect technical requirements from Group Leaders, technical teams, and Hiring Managers.
- Source candidates through diverse channels and proactively seek new sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate phone calls, schedule interviews, and actively participate in candidate interviews.
- Collect feedback from recruitment teams and provide it to candidates.
- Take care of the overall candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Onboard new employees and help them integrate into the company.
- Participate in marketing meetings to promote job openings.
- Contribute actively to preparing internal Academies and other initiatives.
- Contact external companies, contractors, and outsourcers.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven capability in managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Knowledge of diverse recruitment interview techniques.
- Experience working closely with development teams and Hiring Managers as a recruitment partner.
- A strong focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to recognize and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Proactive approach to seeking new sourcing opportunities.
- Fluent communication in English and Polish, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Understanding of the specifics of the IT market.
