Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service specialist to provide support and build relationships with clients in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and high satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to manufacturing products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions that uphold customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve operational issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to support service improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, encouraging trust and loyalty to the company's brand.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to customer service and a strong team player.

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
