Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading HealthTech Company. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to health technology products and services, communicating effectively in Dutch, and working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to health technology products, services, and functionalities via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and technical support as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely feedback and improve customer experiences.
- Stay updated on new product developments and healthcare industry trends to offer informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
- Experience in customer service.
