We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Travel Consultant to support our network of premium accommodation partners from our Athens office. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison, addressing partner inquiries related to room inventory, rate adjustments, booking modifications, and the use of online management tools.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to partner questions about reservations, pricing, and availability using established systems and protocols
- Deliver clear, accurate, and timely information to ensure smooth operations for our accommodation network
- Guide partners in navigating digital platforms and resolving technical or operational challenges
- Maintain a high standard of service by applying strong communication and problem-solving abilities
What We’re Looking For
- Near-native or native proficiency in Dutch, with solid command of English for professional communication
- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in service delivery or information coordination
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes accurately
- Comfort using digital tools to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
