What You'll Do

- Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and service options to customers.
- Assist with scheduling maintenance, service appointments, and addressing any service-related questions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to enhance customer experiences and address inquiries promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to deliver knowledgeable service to customers.
