This is an on-site customer support role based in Athens, Greece, where you will assist Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand as part of speakit. The work involves supporting customers across a variety of inquiries via multiple channels of communication.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat (orders, payments, deliveries, complaints)
- Provide high-level customer care and go the extra mile to resolve issues
- Collaborate with a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
