Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide support to our Dutch-speaking customer base. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries and resolving issues through multiple channels from a remote location.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat to answer inquiries and provide support.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and effective solutions.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and contribute to team goals.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to offer knowledgeable assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic office technology tools.
- Self-driven with an ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A willingness to adapt to varying customer needs and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Able to work the first 3 months in Greece.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a bonus.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is desirable.
