Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints while working remotely from Bulgaria.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to products and services, ensuring customers receive accurate information and assistance.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Document interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and improve service quality.
- Engage with team members to foster collaboration and share insights for improving customer experiences.
- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on positive customer interactions.
- Able to effectively manage issues and provide constructive solutions.
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a remote setting.
