Join Mercier Consultancy as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor in a remote role. You will provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking customers, beginning with an intensive training program.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM systems and various communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
