Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. This unique role allows you to work remotely while relocating to Greece with fully paid assistance, blending customer service expertise with an international experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled with expertise and care.
- Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers effectively.
- Become familiar with our client systems to deliver high-quality service efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure swift and effective resolution of customer issues.
