Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to join our team. You will provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients with a professional and friendly approach.
- Communicate effectively across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with client systems to provide high-quality assistance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
