Responsibilities • Function as the primary communication channel for Dutch-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and digital chat platforms. • Address customer inquiries, swiftly resolve challenges, and supply comprehensive details about our product and service offerings. • Meticulously document customer interactions and feedback within our integrated CRM system. • Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer service methodologies based on received insights and input. • Remain continuously updated on product knowledge and organizational policies to deliver precise customer support. • Actively engage in team discussions to exchange perspectives and strategies for elevating customer satisfaction levels. • Contribute to onboarding and skill development of new team members by sharing specialized expertise and customer service methodologies. Requirements • Exceptional fluency in Dutch and English, demonstrating superior communication capabilities in verbal and written contexts. • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Robust analytical capabilities and a customer-centric approach to problem resolution. • Proven capacity to effectively interact with customers representing diverse backgrounds. • Proficiency with CRM software and contemporary customer support technologies. • Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Collaborative professional disposition characterized by a positive outlook and unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service.
