Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our team remotely from Greece. In this role, you will be the primary connection for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support within the e-commerce sector.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support for Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with order inquiries, product information, and account-related questions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and company policies.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to service enhancement.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
- Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
