Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional frontline support to our Dutch-speaking clientele. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and effective troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
- Assist Dutch-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve client inquiries and provide comprehensive knowledge about products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex client issues.
- Educate clients on how to maximize their use of products.
- Gather and convey client feedback to drive continuous improvements in services.
- Promote a positive and professional image of Mercier Consultancy during every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
- Client-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software.
