Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Client Relations Specialist to join our Payment Solutions Department. In this remote role based in Greece, you will serve as the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clientele, managing relationships, guiding them through product setup, and ensuring a high-quality support experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
- Manage client inquiries and provide assistance via various communication channels including email, phone, and chat.
- Guide clients through the setup and utilization of our payment solutions.
- Proactively reach out to clients to monitor satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in payment solutions to effectively assist clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules from different time zones as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with payment solutions or technology is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Greek is a plus.
