Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Appointment Setter to work remotely from Bulgaria. You will be essential in establishing connections with potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Engage with potential Dutch-speaking clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
- Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
- Document all client interactions and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
- Provide insights on lead quality and assist in enhancing our outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with prospects.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and appointments.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- A self-motivated, proactive individual with a collaborative team spirit.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a remote working environment.
