Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Inbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers. You will manage inbound inquiries and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Manage incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Process orders and ensure all sales documentation is accurately completed.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals while fostering positive customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks effectively in a remote working environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with computer applications.
- A proactive and motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is beneficial.
