Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring for a Dutch/Flemish speaking Customer Service role where you will provide excellent support to clients remotely from anywhere in Greece. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch/Flemish through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, support requests, and product information.
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service processes.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish.
Work Mode
This role requires you to be based in Greece and work remotely.
