Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch / Flemish Speaking Agent to provide exceptional customer support for Eneco's energy products and services. You will work remotely from Greece, serving Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat in Dutch/Flemish, providing accurate information and support for their energy needs.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and service-related questions in a timely and friendly manner.
- Troubleshoot problems concerning products and services, ensuring all solutions are effectively communicated.
- Document each customer interaction in the CRM system to maintain high service quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalated issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about Eneco's product offerings and energy-related news to better assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to analyze issues and offer solutions effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably within the energy or utility sector.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and remote communication tools.
- English skills considered an advantage.
- Interest in sustainable energy practices and solutions.
