Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch / Flemish Speaking Agent to join our remote team in Greece, providing customer service for Bofrost's premium frozen food products. You'll be the main point of contact for Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting the brand's reputation.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat in Dutch/Flemish, providing comprehensive support and information about Bofrost products and services.
- Assist customers with their orders, address any issues related to delivery, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions, guiding customers on how to use Bofrost offerings effectively.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure efficient service and to contribute to team performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer inquiries and improve service processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- A genuine interest in food products and customer service.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles, particularly in the food or retail sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software and remote working tools.
- English proficiency.
