Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Dutch Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry. In this remote role based in Greece, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking help with products, services, and technical issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the automotive industry through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues that require further expertise.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to offer accurate information to customers.
- Engage in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in automotive support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (oral and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and various computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining organized and proactive.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the automotive industry.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of automotive products and services.
