Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to deliver high-quality technical support for smart home appliances. You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, handling a range of inquiries and technical issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home appliances through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and service requests.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to service improvements.
- Stay updated about the latest smart home technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch speaker.

This is a remote position based in Greece.
