Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant to deliver exceptional travel planning services to our Dutch-speaking clientele. This remote position allows you to work from Greece while being part of the global tourism industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing travel inquiries and facilitating bookings.
- Advise clients on travel packages, destinations, and accommodations that best suit their preferences.
- Develop customized travel itineraries tailored to the unique needs and desires of clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and an emphasis on client satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system to ensure seamless service and follow-up.
- Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination highlights, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
- Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard travel booking platforms.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Greece. You will be part of a globally distributed team.
