Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant to provide dedicated support for Booking.com. In this remote role, you’ll use your travel knowledge and language skills to assist Dutch-speaking clients from your home in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via various channels, providing assistance with travel-related inquiries and bookings.
- Deliver comprehensive information about accommodations, travel packages, and destination highlights.
- Create customized travel solutions that meet the specific needs and preferences of clients.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Stay updated on Booking.com products, travel trends, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch speaker.
Work Mode
This position operates in local-country remote work mode, requiring you to be based and legally eligible to work in Greece.
