Voxidea is hiring a Korean-Speaking Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for leads and clients seeking legal services. In this role, you'll guide individuals toward assistance, collect important information, and handle key administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first contact for leads via phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
- Collect and assess key information to understand client needs and determine how the firm can help.
- Listen empathetically and guide individuals to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
- Complete legal forms and manage detailed records of all customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide additional support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or contact center interpretation.
- Proficiency in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Bilingual fluency in English (C1 or higher) and Korean, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Permanent residence in Latin America.
- Ownership of a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
