We’re seeking a Dutch-speaking professional to provide dedicated customer support for clients in the automotive sector, working remotely from Greece. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, managing inquiries across phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions about automotive products and services using clear, helpful communication
- Diagnose and resolve customer concerns, escalating technical issues when needed
- Log interactions and highlight feedback to support service quality improvements
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex cases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive trends and product updates
- Take part in ongoing training to strengthen your expertise and support capabilities
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken
