speakit seeks a Dutch Customer Support Agent - Fraud & Payments to provide specialized back-office support for a world-renowned tech company. You will be responsible for Dutch-language customer service, fraud prevention activities, and payments processing.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound calls from customers replying to callback requests.
- Perform outbound calls to clarify information with customers when applicable.
- Interact with payment partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, loan, and leasing.
- Process customer queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT changes, amending and re-printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos, and reconciliation.
- Act as liaison and key support for Sales, Sales Support, and Finance on daily operational issues, problem escalation, and resolution.

Compensation: Two options are available: Option 1: 1200€ gross/month (12 payments, 150 euros are productivity bonus) plus paid accommodation and expenses (water, electricity, Internet, cleaning services). Option 2: 1459 € gross/month (12 payments per month, 150 euros are productivity bonus) without accommodation and expenses.
Work Mode
This role operates on a local-country basis, located in Portugal mainland.
