Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch Customer Success Specialist to be the primary contact for our Dutch-speaking clients. You will ensure they receive excellent support and are fully equipped to maximize their experience with our services, all while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking clients, building strong relationships to enhance their satisfaction.
- Assist clients in navigating products and services for optimal usage.
- Regularly assess client satisfaction and proactively provide resources for their ongoing success.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client needs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort with technology.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while managing time effectively.
Nice to Have
- English proficiency.
- Prior experience in customer success or a client-facing role.
