Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our Dutch-speaking client base. You will ensure exceptional customer support across all channels, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions regarding products and services.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their desired outcomes.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance their overall experience with the company.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support improvements and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Keep updated on product enhancements and industry trends to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and common office applications.
- A positive attitude and a dedication to ensuring customer success.
