Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch After Sales Consultant to work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will ensure client satisfaction after the sale, providing expertise and facilitating a smooth post-purchase experience for our Dutch-speaking clientele.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking clients following their purchase, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and enhancing their overall experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve complex client issues effectively.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve services and products.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients remotely.
- Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote work environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and common office software.
- Desire to work in a flexible remote setting while contributing positively to the team.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service, after sales support, or a similar role.
- Knowledge of English is beneficial.
