We're on the hunt for a savvy DS/AI Tech Partner (Data Science Growth Leader) who'll co-own business development and growth initiatives from a technical angle. This role means designing strategy and driving go-to-market efforts for our end-to-end enterprise-grade data science technology capabilities across AI, ML, and AI Engineering domains. The perfect candidate brings a laser focus on delivering tangible business outcomes and a deep, fundamental understanding of DS methodologies and AI tech — proven through their own track record of successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
- Spearhead design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level data science solutions.
- Guarantee solutions are scalable, robust, and precisely aligned with business objectives.
- Stay razor-sharp on emerging AI & ML technologies, seamlessly integrating cutting-edge innovations into our offerings.
- Coach and empower a team of data scientists and engineers to crush project goals.
Strategic Planning:
- Craft and implement a strategic roadmap for data science initiatives.
- Meticulously align data science projects with overarching business strategy and client requirements.
- Champion innovation and drive continuous improvement in data science methodologies.
Client Engagement:
- Dive deep with clients to truly understand their business challenges and precise requirements.
- Transform client needs into powerful, actionable data science solutions.
- Articulate findings, insights, and recommendations with clarity and compelling precision.
Business Development & Growth:
- Uncover and pursue emerging business opportunities in the AI & ML landscape.
- Design and execute strategies to expand our client base and market presence.

- Partner closely with sales and marketing to create irresistible value propositions and proposals.
Requirements
● Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
● 18 to 20 years of extensive experience in the Data Science and AI space.
● Proven experience in a leadership role within the AI & ML services industry.
● Strong track record of driving business development and growth initiatives.
● Extensive experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level data science solutions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
