Commure is looking for a Software Engineer, Data to help build our Electronic Health Record platform from the ground up. This role owns EHR features end-to-end, working closely with AI and RCM teams to create a robust, user-focused system.
What You'll Do
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to bring our EHR vision to life.
- Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines for internal and external healthcare data sources, ensuring data quality and high availability.
- Drive end-to-end execution of complex data migrations to launch clients while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.
- Work closely with product, design, AI, and RCM teams to refine requirements and deliver robust, user-friendly features.
- Ensure coding standards, testing practices, and code reviews are upheld to the highest standards, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development industry experience.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python or TypeScript, and their frameworks.
- Experience with the entire modern backend development stack, including Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring and alerting tools.
- A proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
