Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Compliance Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will be essential in ensuring compliance with applicable Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and State regulations as well as Company policies, serving as the subject matter expert for our drug and alcohol program.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with Federal (FMCSA, DOT) and State regulations and Company policies.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the company’s drug and alcohol program and pre and post-employment processes.
- Provide guidance and policy interpretation to stakeholders.
- Complete complex transactions with high accuracy.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve critical issues with accountability and reliability.
- Work in a fast-paced environment using multiple applications to manage and monitor various program transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Two (2) years or more of experience in a functional service area (e.g., Separations, Benefits, Leaves, Payroll, ER/LR).
- Two (2) years or more of relevant work experience processing mass data uploads, payroll, or organizational changes.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment.
- Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance with DOT and FMCSA requirements.
