Barwon Health is looking for a Drug and Alcohol Clinician to join the Drugs and Alcohol Service (DAS). In this role, you will deliver recovery-oriented alcohol and other drug treatment within the broader Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol Services (MHDAS) program. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting individuals through assessment, therapeutic engagement, and coordinated care planning.
What You'll Do
- Provide recovery-oriented assessment, support and care coordination for consumers experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to deliver integrated, person-centred care.
- Support consumers and families to develop recovery goals and access appropriate treatment and support pathways.
