Wizards of the Coast (Skeleton Key studio) is hiring a Product Development/ Project Management Intern

About the Role

Wizards of the Coast is looking for a Product Development/Project Management Intern to support our iconic brand teams, including NERF, My Little Pony, Hasbro Gaming, and Play-Doh. You'll help deliver low-complexity projects end-to-end, focusing on planning, timelines, and coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end product and project development, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
  • Build and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and reports with cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate team meetings, communicate action items, and provide regular program status updates.
  • Assist engineers with concept development, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and provide technical feasibility input.
  • Coordinate with global partners across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, and Legal.
  • Identify and manage project risks, support issue resolution, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain product specifications, cost targets, and delivery requirements.
  • Support cost reviews, value engineering, and resource utilization planning.
  • Contribute to CAD part or mechanism design where applicable.

What We're Looking For

  • Current undergraduate or graduate student (Spring 2026 graduates are not eligible).
  • Available to work full-time.
  • At least one year of study in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based tools.
  • Passion for collaboration, play, and consumer product development.

Nice to Have

  • Previous project, co-op, or product development experience.
