- Follow directives from Project Managers and Field Supervisors
- Demonstrate exceptional workmanship and operational precision
- Recognize the significance of reliability within a high-performance team
- Implement comprehensive worksite risk management through Field Level Hazard Assessments
- Accurately process and document material receipts
- Proactively manage project sites
- Identify innovative production enhancement opportunities
- Guide junior team members
- Execute equipment operation across diverse environments and conditions
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections
- Engage in Preventive Maintenance programs
- Adhere to governmental, client, and organizational regulatory standards
- Diagnose and address mechanical complications
- Proficiently operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and foundation drill rigs
- Interpret blueprint specifications
- Maintain rigorous safety protocols
- Complete and submit required documentation promptly
- Function effectively as a team leader
- Collaborate cohesively with colleagues
- Comply with organizational policies and occupational health regulations
- Participate in daily safety protocols
- Represent the organization professionally
- Maintain physical fitness and operational readiness
Qualifications:
- Secondary educational certification
- Valid Driver's License (Class 5, with Class 1/3 preferred)
- Construction tool proficiency
- Adaptability to dynamic outdoor work environments
- Safety certification advantageous
