Construction & Property Group is looking for a detail-oriented Drafter/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in LogiKal software and capable of producing accurate shop drawings, cross sections, and takeoff lists. This role requires strong technical drafting skills, effective communication, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Utilize LogiKal software to build positions for window systems and generate LOB files.
- Create precise cross sections and detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools.
- Prepare and interpret takeoff lists based on architectural and engineering plans.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Follow instructions carefully and adhere to project timelines.
- Maintain clear communication and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in LogiKal software (mandatory).
- Strong drafting skills in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
- Ability to create cross sections, LOB files, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of preparing takeoff lists from plans.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Highly communicative and collaborative.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to project requirements.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
- Familiarity with Aluprof system.
