Magrym Consulting, Inc. is hiring a Drafter - Civil3D/CAD to create construction plans for land development projects. You will transform survey data, initial sketches, and concept designs into detailed technical drawings, working closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and coordination.

What You'll Do

Transform survey information, initial sketches, and concept designs using Civil3D into construction plans.
Create plans including Existing Conditions, Dimensioned Site Plans, Site Grading & Drainage Plans, Site Utility Plans, Roadway Plan and Profile Drawings, Detailed Street Intersection Designs, Utility Plan and Profile Drawings, and Drainage and Hydraulic Structure Design and Details.
Work with an engineer to modify plans from mark-ups and design revisions.
Coordinate design with Architects and other engineering consultants.
Revise plans according to client, manager, or agency reviewer comments and redlines.
Perform self-review of your work for completeness and accuracy prior to submitting to a manager.
Work closely with a project manager to determine if scope of work or budgets need revision.
Perform non-routine and complex assignments from verbal instructions under minimum supervision.
Assist in organizing, creating, and maintaining all CAD or CAD-related files for clients.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of one (1) year experience in Civil3D including creating surfaces, road profiles, grading, earthwork computation, pipe networks and profiles.
