The Barack Obama Foundation is hiring a Donor Relations & Events Analyst to support our donor stewardship and engagement activities. Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations & Events, you will collaborate with the Development team to implement a high-touch benefits program, creating unique opportunities for donors to connect with our work.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate donor stewardship activities, including gift acknowledgment, donor gift creation, and engagement in Foundation programming.
- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive donor benefits strategy tailored to different giving levels and interests.
- Draft and support external communications for development events, including invitations, RSVP management, and post-event emails.
- Aid in managing relationships with key donor constituencies, including the Foundation Board and alumni.
- Collaborate to maintain data systems pertaining to donor benefits and events.
- Propose more efficient processes and create new templates to enhance event planning.
- Support the creation of a Foundation donor benefits strategy and annual calendar.
- Draft development stewardship and event materials, such as donor benefit materials, Board decks, and event talking points.
- Coordinate the development and distribution of donor stewardship gifts.
- Maintain the team’s tracking system for stewardship activities and events.
- Project manage select Donor Relations & Events projects.

You will report to the Director of Donor Relations & Events and collaborate closely with the Stewardship Senior Associate and the Development Events team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $51,965 to $64,980
