Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, managing engagements with limited oversight from consulting and client partners.
- Evaluates and helps shape the client's business strategy, including industry analysis, competitive landscape, and long-term direction.
- Designs services and solutions aligned with the client’s strategic business objectives.
- Assesses and forecasts project scope and delivery commitments for final solutions.
- Identifies and pursues new revenue opportunities within current and potential client accounts.
- Leads client-side project execution, supervising team inputs to ensure delivery meets or surpasses expectations.
- Leads presales initiatives and proposal development for new and ongoing engagements.
- Supports the creation and refinement of practice standards, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Mentors junior team members in solution design and implementation.
- Leads the development of market-ready, reusable solutions and standardized processes.
- Extracts and documents intellectual property from project work for future reuse.
Responsibilities
- Assumes responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement w/ 10-20% support from Consulting & Client Partners.
- Develops, assesses, and validates a client’s business strategy, including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
- Develops solutions and services to suit client’s business strategy
- Estimates scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution
- Seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
- Leads an engagement and oversees others’ contributions at a customer end, such that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Drives Proposal creation and presales activities for the engagement; new accounts
- Contributes towards the development of practice policies, procedures, frameworks etc.
- Guides less experienced team members in delivering solutions.
- Leads efforts towards building go-to-market/ off the shelf / point solutions and process methodologies for reuse
- Creates reusable IP from managed projects
