BioPak is looking for a Document Controller to ensure a smooth documentation process across all interior design projects. In this remote role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution of documents to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Organize, scan, copy, and archive project documents in both digital and physical formats.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness, including contracts and project-related materials.
- Update and maintain technical documents such as manuals, workflows, and specifications.
- Ensure timely distribution of project documentation to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and regularly update document control registers, including post-contract records.
- Create and manage document templates to standardize internal processes.
- Support team members and clients in retrieving documentation when required.
- Oversee documentation flow across departments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Prepare project reports and summaries as needed.
- Manage client procurement portals and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in a document control or project coordination role.
- Strong understanding of project management processes and document lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
- Professional, personable, and team-oriented.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the design, architecture, or construction industry.
- Familiarity with document management systems.
