Responsibilities
- Diagnose issues based on customer reports and test equipment to identify failures.
- Perform repairs safely and efficiently, then verify equipment functionality.
- Travel to customer locations and parts suppliers to address on-site needs.
- Conduct repairs and basic maintenance after obtaining customer approval.
- Complete job documentation, accounting for parts, time, and itemized repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during work.
- Identify and order necessary replacement parts accurately.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
