Mandl. Executives & Experts is hiring a DLP (Data Leakage Prevention) Engineer to build a comprehensive security strategy from the ground up. You will take ownership of developing and implementing our DLP framework, ensuring sensitive data is protected across the organization.

What You'll Do

Develop a comprehensive DLP concept tailored to the company's specific risks and requirements.
Collaborate with specialist departments to identify sensitive data and define protective measures.
Handle the technical implementation, including installation, configuration, and integration of the DLP solution.
Operate and monitor the solution in day-to-day business, including incident analysis.
Maintain and optimize rule sets while continuously improving detection mechanisms.
Proactively evolve the DLP strategy to address new threats.
Support awareness measures and employee training.
Conduct regular audits and create reports on program effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

A completed technical degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience.
Sound knowledge of DLP concepts and solutions.
Practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network technologies.
A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
Very good German and English language skills.

Nice to Have

Professional experience in the financial sector.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or Crowdstrike.
