Mandl. Executives & Experts is hiring a DLP (Data Leakage Prevention) Engineer to build a comprehensive security strategy from the ground up. You will take ownership of developing and implementing our DLP framework, ensuring sensitive data is protected across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Develop a comprehensive DLP concept tailored to the company's specific risks and requirements.
- Collaborate with specialist departments to identify sensitive data and define protective measures.
- Handle the technical implementation, including installation, configuration, and integration of the DLP solution.
- Operate and monitor the solution in day-to-day business, including incident analysis.
- Maintain and optimize rule sets while continuously improving detection mechanisms.
- Proactively evolve the DLP strategy to address new threats.
- Support awareness measures and employee training.
- Conduct regular audits and create reports on program effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- A completed technical degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience.
- Sound knowledge of DLP concepts and solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network technologies.
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good German and English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in the financial sector.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or Crowdstrike.
