SAP Fioneer is looking for a DLM Associate - SAP Basis Administration to join our team. You will provide ongoing administration, support, and health monitoring for our SAP systems. What You'll Do
- Provide ongoing administration and support for SAP systems, including performing system refreshes, upgrades, and patches.
- Manage SAP client administration, system backups, database management, and user authorizations.
- Conduct regular system checks, updates, and patching to maintain the health of SAP environments.
- Perform daily monitoring of SAP systems, including reviewing logs, analyzing system alerts, and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles, ensuring proper authorization levels in line with security policies.
- Ensure SAP systems are compliant with security standards and implement best practices for user access control.
- Perform security audits, implement security patches, and monitor system vulnerabilities to ensure data protection.
- Ensure proper system configurations for optimal performance, including configuring SAP systems, instances, and application servers.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for SAP Fioneer software products.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- A relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record of working closely with industry experts and collaborating with diverse teams across different cultures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Azure, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome.
- Experience supporting ITSM Platforms.
- Hands-on experience in providing L1/L2 support.
- A keen interest in exploring the latest technologies and tools.
- Fluent in English.
