Divisions Maintenance Group (DMG) is looking for a PI Team Member. In this role, you will gather detailed site specifications for targeted customers and projects, ensuring accurate data collection to support our sales and project teams. This remote position focuses on obtaining specifications for land, snow, lot, and pressure washing services.
What You'll Do
- Obtain site specifications for targeted customers and projects assigned to you and your team.
- Gather detailed data points including parking lot square footage, sidewalk square footage (both public and private), mulch bed areas, pine and rock square footage, number of shrubs and trees, square footage of shrubs, palm trees where applicable, and other relevant specifications.
- Collect and document property-specific data accurately and comprehensively.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all collected data.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the sales and project teams to ensure all information is accurately conveyed.
- Provide regular updates on the status of property assessments and specifications.
- Participate in a two-week training program that includes shadowing, showcases, and practice sites to ensure success.
- Gradually get up to speed on all performance indicators over a four-week window post the initial two-week training program.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in property assessment, surveying, or a related field.
- Familiarity with remote assessment tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of Google and other search engines.
- Familiarity with US property standards and regulations.
