MAVI is looking for a Divisional Operations Manager - Collections to coordinate and administer personnel to decrease the overdue balance of the assigned portfolio. You will be part of a major retail company handling electronics, appliances, kitchenware, furniture, bicycles, toys, and automotive products in Mexico.

What You'll Do

Assign portfolio segments and analyze portfolio performance.
Develop operational collection strategies and action plans.
Conduct field visits for oversight and provide administrative reviews of staff.
Supervise assigned personnel and manage payroll reviews.
Track accounts with the highest overdue balances.
Prepare recruitment quotas and send key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law.
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Availability to travel and access to a sedan vehicle.
Proficiency in Excel and computer equipment.
Strong skills in personnel management, data analysis, and numerical/percentage work.
Critical thinking, fraud prevention, and leadership within work teams.
Ability to make sound decisions, identify and attract talent, and negotiate effectively.
Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and change management.
Experience managing customer databases and handling complaints and claims.
Effective communication, collaborative and team-oriented work style.
