We’re looking for a Divisional Marketing Manager to join Theaccessgroup. This is a commercially-minded role focused on retaining and growing our valued customer base through innovative self-service marketing programs and proactive retention campaigns. You’ll be critical to ensuring customers remain successful and engaged, creating frictionless experiences that strengthen relationships, increase product adoption, and drive mutual commercial success.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Commercial and Customer Success teams to run renewal and commercial campaigns, including price rises and contract communications, ensuring revenue protection and strong GRR performance.
- Develop clear, proactive customer communication strategies that keep customers informed, engaged, and supported throughout their lifecycle.
- Build self-service customer experiences by activating campaigns from intelligence platforms and deploying automated workflows and nurture programs in Marketo.
- Use customer data to identify risks, opportunities, and campaign triggers, while reporting on campaign performance and customer health metrics.
- Provide data-driven insights that guide targeting, segmentation, and customer marketing strategy.
- Contribute to strategic retention marketing by improving lifecycle frameworks, removing friction points, and partnering cross-functionally on initiatives that enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong background in customer marketing, lifecycle programs, commercial campaigns, and data-driven retention initiatives.
- Skilled in marketing automation and CRM platforms (especially Marketo), with the ability to design scalable workflows and translate customer data into effective campaigns and insights.
- Experienced in managing renewal, upsell, and retention campaigns, supported by solid Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented, and proactive—operates with an automation mindset and collaborates well across Commercial, CS, and Product teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with customer intelligence tools, SaaS/subscription environments, and building self-service or customer health-driven programs.
