Heartland is hiring a Division Sales Manager - Payroll/HCM to lead sales teams responsible for market penetration and revenue growth. You will drive campaigns that deliver incremental revenue from new and existing clients in a culture that encourages entrepreneurial thinking.
What You'll Do
- Lead an assigned sales team to meet and exceed annual net revenue and profitability objectives.
- Develop, initiate, and execute sales plans to penetrate targeted markets, vertical industries, and referral partners.
- Identify, develop, and meet strategic goals for each referral relationship to achieve budgeted sales growth.
- Collaborate with all sales and support channels to ensure a positive client onboarding and activation experience.
- Work with sales leadership, product development, and client support to ensure early adoption of company initiatives.
- Provide input to sales leadership regarding business intelligence, departmental effectiveness, process improvements, and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
- Completion of mandatory drug screening on or near the 60th day of employment.
- Must live in the area relative to the job posting location.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Typically a minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Relevant degree in a related field of study from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
