Sedgwick is looking for a Client Services Director to provide stewardship and support for clients in the Casualty and Workers Compensation space. In this remote role, you will identify and educate clients on trends impacting their programs, manage renewals, and ensure high levels of service.
What You'll Do
- Conduct pre-renewal client visits to review loss experience and company performance.
- Identify potential areas of client dissatisfaction prior to renewal meetings.
- Prepare client renewals, contract revisions, and Client Service Instructions for complex programs.
- Negotiate changes or improvements to service plans.
- Facilitate the reduction of process, technology, or resource barriers by directing other internal departments.
- Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Resolve major customer service issues.
- Identify and solicit cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in the local insurance community through education and affiliation memberships.
- Supervise and direct personnel assigned to programs requiring multiple Account Representatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Quality initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Two (2) years of account manager experience, OR five (5) years of adjuster experience including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
- Program management experience specifically in the Casualty and Workers Compensation space.
- New York-specific Casualty/Workers Compensation experience is required.
- Must be commutable to New York City as needed by the client.
