CVS Health seeks a Clinical Team Lead to support the daily operations of a remote clinical team based in Kentucky. You will serve as a vital resource for both staff and leadership, ensuring team success through onboarding, quality monitoring, process triage, and project leadership.

- Perform sedentary work, including extended periods of sitting, computer use, and document review.
What We're Looking For
- Behavioral Health License in State of Kentucky or Registered Nurse license in State of Kentucky or Compact RN.
- 5+ years of clinical practice experience in physical or behavioral healthcare.
- 2+ years of managed care experience.
- 2+ years of experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.
- 2+ years of healthcare management experience required, preferably in a managed care setting.
- Ability to work core business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with flexibility to work occasional weekend hours.
- Ability to provide on-call UM coverage for nights and weekends on a rotational schedule.
